This is Shiroi Hinote (last, first). As in my Gaia team she looks pretty much the same. She is my fav naruto OC, and my odd ball. The dark splotches in her hand is an attack called the Fire Smog. It suffocates the victim in intense smog and smoke, slowly burning their lungs.

Information: Hinote is a quiet girl, she likes her solitude and the rain. As her name states she is fire, but is hopelesslly attracted to the rain and water. Her family is a small clan that posses weapons of great power that are made for the owner specificly. They are great weapon makers and Hinote is an apprentice to her Uncle in the trade. Her weapon if called the Whips of Fire, a special whip that can be engulfed in flame or just stay as a normal whip. They burn anything on contact. She's someone who hides her emotions well and stands outside in the rain until the middle of the night. She doesn't like tea or Dango. She is absolutely afraid of lonliness and thunder. Hinote will be forced into marriage with one of the men in the Uchiha, Hyuuga, or Aburame clan. Her family is very traditional and is choosing who she shall marry. Originally it was to be Uchiha Itachi, but after the murders they ruled it out. She met Itachi when she was younger, and still recieves small tokens from him every year or two. Usually around January 6th, why that date? No idea on her part. Hinote is an very odd person but if you can look underneath the underneath (Ha I think I took that from somewhere! ) she is a very lonely and disturbed young woman.
